We provide installation, configuration and maintenance for devices in our range. Most enquiries are handled remotely to reduce response times and costs.
Online service via AnyDesk
We first try to resolve each service request remotely using AnyDesk.
On-site service
When work must be carried out on site, we offer service at the customerβs premises. Technician: 20 EUR per hour, including travel time.
IT support
Software installation and updates; driver installation and connection configuration; database protection and recovery after failure; device calibration; checking reference connections; additional language versions; activation of NLS and QA devices.
Electronic and technical repairs
Devices are serviced by shipment. After receiving the device, we inspect it and prepare a detailed quotation. Repairs begin after approval. If the quotation is declined, the device is returned without additional costs.
