Intended use of devices and software
This website offers products for informational, educational and analytical use, not healthcare services. Devices, software, visualisations and results must not be treated as a medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation or a reason to change or stop treatment. The documentation and applicable law determine each product’s status and permitted use. Website content does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
EULA — end-user licence
Each software version requires a valid licence and acceptance of its applicable terms. To the extent of rights held by NLA Systems, the licence is non-exclusive and limited to the agreed system, number of workstations and purpose. Buying a device does not transfer software copyright. Applicable terms of the manufacturer or other authorised licensor remain effective. Unauthorised copying, distribution, key sharing, security circumvention or modification is prohibited, without restricting mandatory statutory exceptions for lawful backups and interoperability. Intellectual property remains with its respective owners.
Use and “lex szarlatan”
“Lex szarlatan” refers to a Polish regulatory initiative addressing misleading pseudomedical practices. It is neither product certification nor an exemption from liability. Users must not claim undocumented medical effectiveness, replace healthcare services, or imply that they act for NLA Systems without authorisation. Use must comply with documentation, law and qualification requirements. The Polish Ministry of Health announcement dated 12 May 2026 concerns a legislative proposal and does not itself establish that legislation has entered into force.
Liability of NLA Systems
NLA Systems does not guarantee health, diagnostic, therapeutic or financial outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised modifications, use contrary to instructions or intended purpose, or the user’s independent advertising and services, except where NLA Systems is legally responsible for the circumstances. Users are responsible for their own activities and qualifications. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Customer rights and applicable terms
These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer or equivalent protected rights, including conformity, complaints and statutory withdrawal rights. Removing a voluntary money-back promise does not remove statutory withdrawal rights. Exceptions for digital content or completed services apply only where statutory conditions are met. Applicable law and court jurisdiction follow mandatory rules. Confirm the product, software version, licence scope and contractual terms before ordering. Product-specific documentation and mandatory law prevail over conflicting wording.
